Jamie O'Toole is a certified gym rat! She has a genuine passion for health and wellness, and an innate need to move to feel strong and vibrant. She started teaching step aerobics while attending Western Kentucky University and loved the feedback from her students. As she finished her degree she was teaching less, but always felt that helping people feel good about themselves was what made her most happy and full of life.

In October 2014, Jamie became a first time Mom to her son Finley. When she was eight months pregnant she completed power yoga training in hopes of getting back into teaching, while she cared for her new joy. Jamie currently teaches at the Wisconsin Athletic Club as well as Fit4Mom. She teaches several different classes as well as private yoga training, and wellness coaching. She has ran thousands of miles, hiked endless trails, lifted literally tons of weights and done yoga workshops all over the country. "Exercise, eating right, and living a balanced life have made me feel so great, I want to help others feel the same."

Lindsay Hansen moved to Wauwatosa in the Spring of 2015 and is an energetic mama of two young boys. Lindsay has always been a relatively active individual, however, during the second trimester of her second pregnancy, Lindsay re-discovered her passion for maintaining an active and healthier lifestyle. After personally benefitting from a regular pre-and post-natal fitness routine, Lindsay is so excited be part of a team that helps other mamas do the same!

Prior to moving to Wisconsin, Lindsay has worked throughout the US supporting children and families in many different educational environments; it only seems appropriate that she now is combining her love of fitness with her passion for supporting healthy families (especially moms and babies!!!). As a self-proclaimed ‘life long athlete’, Lindsay’s favorite activities include: yoga, running, golf, and hiking. She is always ready for a new adventure and thrilled to become a part of the Fit4Mom village


As a Wisconsin Native, Sports/Fitness have always been a huge part of Liz's life. She earned a division I athletic scholarship and was coached by some of the best NCAA trainers in the country. After having her first child she decided to make fitness a career; she wanted to share her knowledge about a fit pregnancy with other moms. Liz has been a Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor/Fitness Blogger for about 4 years. She is a certified pre and post natal instructor through Fit4Mom, as well.

In addition for instructing to Fit4Mom, Liz is a trainer/fitness instructor at the YMCA and also has an in home fitness studio where she trains a select few clients.

Liz specializes in training woman and moms. She has two children and knows what it’s like to balance work, kids, family and fitness. Balance is the key, and Liz wants to help you find YOUR BALANCE. She wants to inspire others to make fitness a life-style that is lived forever – not just a short term fix.


Tracy Joynt is the owner of FIT4MOM Brookfield/Tosa. In December 2014, Tracy became a first time mom to son Jack and realized choosing between working out or spending time with Jack was a challenge. She wanted to find a way to do them together. Her passion for fitness started when she trained for her first marathon back in 2006. Since then, she completed several other marathons, triathlons and fitness certifications. Running, biking, circuit and strength training have all been a part of her fitness routine for years, her new role as a mom got her thinking about how she could fit this all into her new schedule. This led her to FIT4MOM.

As a current resident of Brookfield, Tracy wanted to bring something to the community that she felt was lacking for moms who have a passion for fitness and motherhood. Tracy is now certified in pre and postnatal fitness, and has completed her ACE Personal Training certificate. She can’t wait to bring her passion and knowledge for fitness to moms in the community!
