Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Training Program is for YOU!!!
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group, or you can leave your kiddos behind and get some "you" time. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, and pace. We will meet weekly to focus on speed and endurance and you will receive an individualized training program.
We will be meeting on Saturdays at 8:30 at Wirth Park- South Entrance (enter off North Ave)
Brewers Mini Marathon offers a 10K, 5K and 1/2. Your training program will be based on what distance you choose.
Race day is Saturday, September 28th.
