Stroller Strides is a total body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes jogging or power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.
moreBody Back®
Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 small group personal training classes per week, a variety of at-home workouts to choose from, meal plans and Food Journals.
Stroller Barre®
Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.
RUNNING CLUB
Do you ever dream of making it through the finish line, but don't know how to get started? Are you looking to get in some extra cardio in your fitness routine? Do you need help staying motivated to run? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then our Running Training Program is for YOU!!!
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Not just for moms, we are a baby & stroller-friendly running group, or you can leave your kiddos behind and get some "you" time. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, and pace. We will meet weekly to focus on speed and endurance and you will receive an individualized training program.
Strides 360
Strides 360 is a cardio based workout incorporating SAQ drills (speed and agility) and bodyweight moves for a total body workout. This class can be done with our without kiddos.

Body Back Mini Session
This is a shorten version of our 8 week Body Back Transformation session. This session will only run for 4 weeks but you will get everything that is included in our full session. Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves.
